We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

To contact us, open a ticket in our Discord Server (find the updated invite link in our Telegram)

If you need assistance regarding an invoice, you could open a ticket from shop directly.


General

We do NOT tolerate scammers. Including scammers flagged on ScammerAlert (discord.gg/scammeralert).

If we notice you are a scammer, we seek the right to revoke your access to our services.


Discord Accounts

By purchasing a Discord account from us, you agree to the following terms:


1. Account Ownership & Responsibility

  • Upon purchase, you receive full access to the account. It is your responsibility to secure and manage it properly.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken on the account after delivery.


2. Warranty & Replacements

  • Lifetime Warranty: If the account becomes inaccessible due to a pullback, we will replace it for free.
  • The warranty does not cover bans, locks, or suspensions due to user actions, violations of Discord’s terms, or misuse.
  • Replacements are only given if the account is pulled back or becomes inaccessible through no fault of your own.
  • Warranty is voided if the account password is changed on webmail or if the email domain expires


3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided. All sales are final.
  • If the account is faulty at the time of delivery or gets pulled back, we will replace it.


4. Account Modifications

  • You are allowed to change the email, password, and other credentials after purchase.
  • We are not responsible for issues that arise after modifications are made.


5. Usage Restrictions

  • You agree not to use the account for illegal activities, spamming, or violating Discord’s terms of service.
  • We are not liable for any bans, restrictions, or actions taken by Discord against your account.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We provide the accounts “as is” and are not responsible for any consequences resulting from their use.
  • Any use of our services is at your own risk.


7. Support & Communication

  • If you experience issues, contact our support team.
  • We reserve the right to deny service to users who violate these terms.


Discord Tools

By purchasing, using, or accessing our tools, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or revocation of your license without prior notice.


1. License & HWID Locking

  • Each product operates under a license-based system and is HWID-locked, meaning a single license is assigned to one machine (PC).
  • If you need to transfer your license to another machine, you must request an HWID reset.
  • Users with linked licenses can request HWID resets directly in the product's chat on the Discord server.
  • Users without linked licenses must open a support ticket and provide the license key for verification.


2. Purchasing & License Management

  • Before purchasing a license, review the relevant product information for pricing and payment methods.
  • Licenses must be linked to a Discord account to access downloads.
  • To link a license, use the /license link slash-command in the Discord server.
  • License transfers require submitting a support ticket with the license key and relevant details.


3. Activation & Expiry

  • A license is activated upon first use of the product, not at the time of purchase.
  • Time-limited licenses (e.g., "1-day license") expire 24 hours after the first use.


4. License Freezes & Pauses

  • If a product is deemed unusable due to internal issues or third-party service failures (e.g., CAPTCHA solvers), users may request a temporary license freeze.
  • License freeze requests will only be approved if an official announcement confirms the product’s inaccessibility.
  • Once the product is used again, the license automatically resumes.


5. License Information & Management

  • To view license details, the key must be linked to a Discord account.
  • Use the /keys command in the Discord server to retrieve license information.


6. Restrictions & Prohibited Actions

  • Users may not distribute, resell, or share licenses or software under any circumstances.
  • Any attempt to bypass security features, such as HWID locking, will result in license termination.
  • Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of the tool are strictly prohibited.


7. Support & Contact

  • All support requests and inquiries must be submitted via a Discord server ticket.
  • Only users with linked licenses are eligible for support.


8. Enforcement & Modifications

  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our tools after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


By using our tools, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.



Discord Tokens

By purchasing Discord Tokens from us you agree to the following terms:


1. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Upon purchase, the tokens will be delivered in the state specified at the time of purchase (e.g. EV/PV/Locked/Redeemable/etc.)
  • The client must check the tokens as soon as they receive to confirm they work as intended.


2. Warranty & Replacements

  • Limited Warranty: The tokens are covered by warranty for 1 week only!
  • The warranty does not cover bans, locks, or suspensions due to user actions, violations of Discord’s terms, or misuse.
  • Replacements are only given if the tokens do not work as intended AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE (e.g. client buys EV tokens but they are not EV, then that's replacement/fix);
  • Replacements are either given if all tokens in the batch got hit by a ban wave (if only the ones one client purchased got banned, but the rest did not, then the client made the tokens get banned, therefore no replacement will be made)
  • Replacements are not given for the situation of "Account compromised. Reset your password." - We test the tokens before selling, to ensure this does not happen. If it does happen, it's due to an irregularity in your tools (e.g. flagged headers) and not covered by warranty. (unless proven otherwise, e.g. you did the actions by hand, on a fresh browser and a fresh device, NOT A PHONE and NOT A FLAGGED DEVICE/BROWSER)


3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided. All sales are final.
  • If warranty covers and we need to replace then we will try replace from same/similar batch. (e.g. you buy Fresh Aged tokens but need replacement, but we only have Aged tokens available, we will replace with that) (we will not replace with a lower quality batch)
  • If we have no way of replacing then we will proceed with a refund


4. Usage Restrictions

  • You agree not to use the tokens for illegal activities, spamming, or violating Discord’s terms of service.
  • We are not liable for any bans, restrictions, or actions taken by Discord against your tokens.
